These terms apply when you use n2gtm.com. N2GTM is a trading name of N2 Technology Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15134241), with its registered office at 146 Weald Lane, Harrow, HA3 5HA, United Kingdom.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

This website describes our recruitment and staffing services. It does not form a contract. Services to companies are provided under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs fees, replacements, notice periods and everything else about the service.

3. Information on this site

• Prices, fees and policies shown on the site are a guide and may change. The figures in your written agreement or proposal are the ones that apply.
• Job listings and pay ranges are indicative. Roles may be filled, changed or withdrawn at any time, and listing a role is not an offer of employment.
• Example candidate profiles are illustrations unless stated otherwise.
• We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or always available.

4. Applying for roles

• We never charge candidates a fee to apply, take the prescreen or be placed.
• Please give accurate information. We may withdraw an application or placement that relies on false or misleading information.
• Applying does not guarantee an interview, a shortlist place or a job.
• Applications are processed through our screening partner RoundOne, as described in our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful or harmful, try to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy its content or listings in bulk, or pretend to be someone else when contacting us or applying.

6. Intellectual property

The N2GTM name, logo, design and content of this site belong to N2 Technology Consulting Ltd or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce or republish them for any other purpose without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to services run by others, such as our booking page and RoundOne application pages. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data, so please read their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
