Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect personal data from companies and candidates, including applications processed by our screening partner RoundOne.

1. Who we are
N2GTM is a trading name of N2 Technology Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15134241). Our registered office is 146 Weald Lane, Harrow, HA3 5HA, United Kingdom.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean N2 Technology Consulting Ltd. Questions about this policy or your data can go to hello@n2gtm.com.
2. Who this policy covers
- Candidates: people who apply for roles, take our prescreen or are placed with our clients.
- Client contacts: people at companies that hire through us or ask about our services.
- Website visitors: anyone who browses n2gtm.com.
3. What we collect
From candidates:
- Name, email, phone number, country and city.
- Your CV, work history, skills, languages, pay expectations and availability.
- Answers you give in your application.
- Recordings of prescreen and roleplay calls, with the scores, notes and feedback that come from them.
- If you are placed: identity and right-to-work checks, contract details, and the bank or payout details needed to pay you.
From client contacts: name, job title, company, work email and phone, details of the roles you are hiring for, and billing information.
From website visitors: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, used to run and secure the site and to count visits in aggregate.
4. How we use it and our lawful basis
- To assess candidates and match them to roles, including sharing profiles, scorecards and call recordings with clients hiring for a matching role. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running a recruitment service, and steps you ask us to take before a contract.
- To employ or contract placed candidates and pay them. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, and our legal obligations.
- To provide our services to clients, send proposals and invoices, and manage our relationship. Lawful basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests.
- To reply to enquiries and arrange calls. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
- To run, secure and improve the website. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
Where we rely on consent, for example to keep you on file for future roles after your application ends, you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Screening tools and automated decisions
Applications and prescreens are handled through RoundOne, a screening platform that helps us review CVs and calls and score them against the requirements of a role. These scores help us prioritise. They do not decide on their own whether you are rejected or hired: a person reviews candidates before any decision, and clients make the final hiring decision. You can ask us to explain how your application was assessed.
6. Who we share it with
- Client companies hiring for a role you match.
- Service providers that process data for us under contract, including RoundOne (applications and screening), Google Workspace (email and documents), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), our calendar and scheduling provider, and payroll or employer-of-record partners for placed candidates.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
We work with candidates in the Philippines, India, Pakistan and South Africa and with clients in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, and some of our service providers are based outside the UK. When personal data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Candidates: while your application or profile is active, then up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Placed candidates: for the length of the placement and up to 6 years afterwards, for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Client records: for the length of the relationship and up to 6 years afterwards.
- Website logs: for a short period, normally no longer than 90 days.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To use any of these rights, email hello@n2gtm.com (candidates can also use careers@n2gtm.com). We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable providers to protect personal data, and we limit access to people who need it for their work. No system is completely secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your data has been put at risk.
11. Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website analytics are cookieless and count visits in aggregate. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Booking and application pages run by third parties, such as our scheduling page and RoundOne, have their own privacy and cookie policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
