How fast will I see candidates?
Your first shortlist of 2–3 prescreened candidates arrives within 72 hours of your brief call. Most clients make an offer within two weeks.
What does the monthly price include?
The rep’s salary, local payroll, taxes and statutory benefits, compliance, setup checks, a named account manager and our fee. Commission and bonuses you set are passed through at cost.
Talent on Demand or Direct Hire: which should I pick?
Talent on Demand is a monthly subscription where we employ the rep and you manage the work. It suits pilots and fast scaling. Direct Hire is a one-time fee and the rep joins your own payroll or contractor setup. It suits long-term hires.
Can I use my own sales script for the roleplay?
Yes, and we recommend it. Send us your script, ICP and two or three common objections, and we run the roleplay against them so scores reflect your market.
Which hours can reps work?
US Eastern, Central and Pacific, UK, and Australian hours. Philippine reps commonly work US night shifts; South African and Pakistani reps suit UK and European days.
What if a rep isn’t working out?
Tell your account manager. Within the first 90 days we replace the rep at no cost, with a new shortlist in 72 hours.
Who owns the data, leads and call recordings?
You do. Reps work inside your CRM, dialer and inboxes, under your policies.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long lock-in. Talent on Demand runs month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Applying to N2GTM
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. N2GTM is always free for candidates. We will never ask you to pay for applications, training or equipment. If anyone does, it isn’t us.
What happens in the roleplay call?
It’s a 25-minute video call with one of our sales leads. You get a short brief 30 minutes before: a product, a buyer and a goal. We play the buyer and you try to book a meeting. We score your opener, questions, objection handling and close, and rate your spoken English.
What if I don’t pass?
You still get written feedback on your call. You can retake the prescreen after 60 days.
Do I need to apply for each job separately?
No. One application and one prescreen cover every role. We put you forward for each role that matches your experience, hours and pay expectations.
Am I employed by N2GTM or the client?
It depends on the role. On Talent on Demand roles you’re contracted through N2GTM’s local partner and work full-time for one client. On Direct Hire roles the client contracts you directly. Your offer letter says which.
How and when am I paid?
Monthly, in US dollars or your local currency at the agreed rate, by bank transfer or a supported payout service in your country.
Which countries can apply?
We focus on the Philippines, India, Pakistan and South Africa, and also accept strong applicants from other countries when a client’s hours fit.
